JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: BC/BE
  
• Licenses: Licensed in WA or IMLC
  
• Certification: BLS
  
• Must be able to cover all shifts
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform morning rounds including daily progress notes, medication management, and ordering appropriate labs and studies.
  
• Assist in all surgical procedures as first assist, including robotic lobectomy, CABG, TAVR, and valve repairs.
  
• Manage cardiothoracic patients in the ICU, step-down, and post-operative clinic.
  
• Conduct patient admissions, consultations, history and physicals, and discharge summaries.
  
• Provide call coverage including finishing late cases, responding to CCU calls, and returning for emergency surgeries.
