Digital Marketing Associate

This is a remote position.

Stipend Structure:
First 12 Months: 3 LPA + 2 LPA Variable Pay
After 12 Months: 4 LPA + 3 LPA Variable Pay

Willing to communicate with leads and prospects is a big advantage.

Experience on SEO, Google and Facebook Ads is Compulsory.

Knowing design tools such as Photoshop and After Effects is an advantage.


Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising
  
• Develop digital strategies aligned with client goals and objectives
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign development
  
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling digital content, including ad copy, images, and videos
  
• Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams
  
• Identify opportunities for optimization and provide recommendations for improvement
  
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Analytical mindset and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges
  
• Prior experience in a marketing agency will be an added advantage
