Areas – Ballycastle / Coleraine / Newtownards/ Donaghadee
Flexible schedules / Immediate starts
- Previous chef experience in a care home, healthcare, hotel, or catering environment
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Knowledge and practical experience of IDDSI (International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative) guidelines
- Ability to prepare texture-modified meals and thickened fluids safely
- Enhanced AccessNI (or willingness to obtain)
