SAP MM Consultant

Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant to lead and optimize our Materials Management and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. This pivotal role involves managing the full lifecycle of procurement activities, from creating purchase requisitions and orders to ensuring seamless integration with other core modules. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, troubleshooting complex system issues, and implementing best practices that align with our strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain SAP MM modules to support robust procurement and inventory management workflows.
  
• Manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay cycle, including the generation of purchase requisitions and the processing of purchase orders.
  
• Resolve technical challenges related to IDocs and pricing procedures, ensuring data integrity and transactional accuracy.
  
• Conduct AI-assisted testing and documentation to validate system configurations and enhance process reliability.
  
• Facilitate seamless data flow and functional integration between SAP MM and other modules, including SD, FI, PP, and QM.
  
• Provide subject matter expertise on SAP Ariba, Warehouse Management (WM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) where applicable.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions that streamline operations.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in SAP Materials Management (MM) consulting.
  
• Deep expertise in IDoc management, pricing procedure configuration, and system troubleshooting.
  
• Strong proficiency in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including purchase requisition and order management.
  
• Demonstrated ability to integrate SAP MM with SAP SD, FI, PP, and QM modules.
  
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba, WM, or EWM is highly advantageous.
  
• Experience utilizing AI tools for testing protocols and technical documentation.
