Requirements

3–4+ years of engineering experience
Strong backend experience with Node.js / Express.js, MongoDB and SQL
Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-based systems
Experience with React / Next.js and DevOps
Strong infrastructure and security fundamentals
An ownership mindset and a genuine bias toward building
An AI-native approach to coding, automation and problem-solving
