Regional Fit-Out Manager DACH

As we continue to grow across Europe, we're looking for a Regional Fit-Out Manager to lead the delivery of fit-out projects across the DACH region. As the Regional Fit-Out Manager DACH, you'll take ownership of delivering fit-out projects across the region. You'll lead projects from kick-off through opening, ensuring every space is completed on time, within budget, and to The Social Hub's quality standards. Alongside managing your own projects, you'll also take a regional perspective by overseeing fit-out projects across DACH when needed, providing guidance and direction to Project Managers and ensuring a consistent approach to delivery across the region. What You’ll Do Lead fit-out projects across the DACH region from project initiation to opening. Own project planning, budgets, programmes, quality, risk, and commercial performance. Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects successfully. Oversee multiple projects across the region, balancing priorities and resources to meet business needs. Support and coordinate Project Managers to ensure consistent project delivery. Act as a regional point of contact for fit-out projects, providing reporting, escalation, and decision-making. What You’ll Have 7+ years of experience delivering commercial fit-out projects, preferably in hospitality, retail, or other design-led environments. Strong understanding of architecture, interior design, and construction, with the ability to translate design intent into high-quality execution Excellent project and commercial management skills. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead multiple project teams simultaneously. A sharp eye for detail and commitment to quality Structured, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Located in Berlin or Vienna. Fluency in English and German.
