Location: Warren, OR (Greater Portland / Vancouver Metro)

Compensation: $20.00 – $35.00+/hour (DOE) | Job Type: Full-Time

An industry-leading advanced composites manufacturer is expanding production to meet surging demand across aerospace, defense, and high-performance commercial sectors. We are hiring Assembly & Trim Technicians across all experience levels—from entry-level builders with strong mechanical aptitude to seasoned composite specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Perform precision trimming, sanding, bonding, joining, and final assembly of carbon fiber and fiberglass components.

·       Read and follow manufacturing travelers, engineering blueprints, SOPs, and part specifications.

·       Maintain rigorous quality standards aligned with AS9100 aerospace certifications.

·       Utilize shop hand tools safely and prepare tooling, materials, and equipment.

·       Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

·       High school diploma or GED; technical coursework or trade training preferred.

·       Prior experience in composites, fabrication, or mechanical assembly preferred (willing to train high-aptitude candidates).

·       Proven ability to interpret technical instructions, drawings, and work orders.

·       Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a safety-first mindset.

·       Ability to lift up to 30 lbs with assistance.
