Position Title: Compliance Officer

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary AED: up to 8,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A Sharjah based dynamic Freezone organization offering hassle-free business setup solutions within UAE.

Job Description:

-Ensure ongoing compliance with Free Zone authority regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and applicable UAE laws.

-Review and monitor company activities, licenses, and regulatory filings to ensure timely renewals and submissions

-Conduct compliance checks, risk assessments, and internal reviews

-Identify potential regulatory breaches, control weaknesses and areas requiring further review and draft inspection findings and reports.

Qualifications:

-Must be bachelor degree in compliance, business, or related field

-Minimum 3 years total experience in compliance within a Free Zone or regulated UAE environment.

-High attention to detail and strong communication skills.

-Ability to analyze documents and identify regulatory issues
