We are a boutique Managed Security Service Provider focused on delivering secure, well-architected environments for mid to enterprise clients. We operate with a strong engineering mindset, high standards, and a clear direction toward AI-driven operations and automation.
We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to take ownership of complex environments and operate with a high degree of autonomy within a modern, AI-first service model.

You will act as the senior escalation point across L2/L3, responsible for resolving complex issues and maintaining high-performing, secure environments. You will own technical outcomes across your assigned environments, make decisions independently, and drive improvements without relying on constant direction. The role is hands-on, with a focus on stability, optimisation, and long-term quality.
You will also gain exposure to AI-driven tooling and automation as part of our evolving service delivery model.

• Own and resolve complex technical issues end-to-end
  
• Take full technical ownership of assigned client environments
  
• Provide escalation support and guidance to junior engineers
  
• Maintain and optimise Microsoft, cloud, and network infrastructure
  
• Drive improvements in security, performance, and standardisation
  
• Contribute to automation and AI-driven operational enhancements
  
• Assist with delivery of infrastructure and security projects as required
  

Requirements

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:

• Proven experience in a senior systems administrator or equivalent role
  
• Experience managing complex network environments or working within an MSP or MSSP
  
• Strong expertise across Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server
  
• Advanced networking capability across routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, wireless, and SD-WAN
  
• Experience with virtualisation platforms including VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
  
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and operational practices
  
• Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS environments
  
• Experience with backup platforms such as Veeam and Metallic
  
• Exposure to MSSQL or Oracle is advantageous
