About Insight Therapy Solutions
At Insight Therapy Solutions, we’re focused on making high-quality mental healthcare accessible across the U.S. As a growing telehealth provider, we work with therapists, clinics, and healthcare partners to expand access to care and support the communities we serve.
Insight Therapy Solutions provides accessible, high-quality mental healthcare through a growing network of therapists and healthcare partners across the U.S. As we expand into new markets, we are building a deliberate approach to identifying healthcare organizations that can generate sustainable patient growth.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Healthcare Market Expansion and Partnerships Representative to help identify and develop new growth opportunities for Insight Therapy Solutions.
This role focuses on opening new markets and building the pipeline of future referral partners. You will research target markets, identify high-value healthcare organizations and decision-makers, develop targeted outreach strategies, initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and build relationships that can lead to referral partnerships.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys prospecting, research, relationship development, and working toward measurable growth goals. This is not an account management role. Your focus is starting new relationships, not managing or deepening existing ones.
You will work closely with Marketing and senior leadership to determine where Insight should grow, who we should target, how we should approach them, and which opportunities are worth pursuing.
What You’ll Own
Market Expansion
Research and identify healthcare markets with potential for patient and referral growth
Build target lists of healthcare organizations, providers, clinics, practices, and other referral sources within priority markets
Identify market segments and organizations that align with Insight’s services, payer mix, clinical capabilities, and growth priorities
Research organizations to identify appropriate decision-makers and referral contacts
Help prioritize markets and accounts based on opportunity, fit, and potential referral volume
Identify gaps in existing referral coverage and opportunities to expand Insight’s referral network
Track market activity, competitive information, and emerging partnership opportunities
Prospecting & New Business Development
Conduct consistent outbound prospecting through phone, email, and other appropriate channels
Develop personalized outreach based on the organization, market, and potential partnership opportunity
Initiate conversations with healthcare providers, clinic leaders, practice managers, behavioral health organizations, and other referral sources
Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand the organization’s needs, referral patterns, and potential fit
Schedule qualified conversations and partnership opportunities
Re-engage prospects that have previously been contacted but have not yet converted into active opportunities
Partnership Development
Introduce prospective partners to Insight Therapy Solutions and its services
Communicate the value of Insight’s services clearly and professionally
Develop relationships with prospective referral partners from initial contact through activation
Identify opportunities to create recurring referral relationships rather than one-time referrals
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the partnership development process
Support the activation of new referral partners by coordinating next steps with internal teams
Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain an organized pipeline of target accounts and partnership opportunities
Accurately document outreach, contacts, conversations, next steps, and outcomes in our CRM
Keep account and contact information current
Track opportunities through defined stages from prospecting through partnership activation
Use CRM data to manage follow-up and prevent opportunities from going dormant
Provide regular reporting on outreach activity, meetings, new opportunities, and partnership development
Market Intelligence & Growth Feedback
Identify patterns in outreach responses, referral needs, market demand, and barriers to partnership
Share insights with Marketing and leadership to improve targeting, messaging, and market strategy
Identify new organizations, referral channels, or market segments that Insight should consider
Provide feedback on which outreach messages and approaches generate the strongest response
Help identify opportunities to improve Insight’s market positioning and referral proposition
What We’re Looking For
You do not need to be a traditional salesperson. You do need to be persistent, organized, curious, commercially minded, and comfortable initiating conversations with people you don’t know.
Required
2+ years of experience in business development, sales development, healthcare outreach, partnership development, recruiting, account development, or a similar role
Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Strong research skills and the ability to identify target organizations and decision-makers

Comfortable making outbound calls and sending personalized email and various channel outreach
Strong follow-up and pipeline management habits
Highly organized and able to manage a large number of prospects simultaneously
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Ability to learn healthcare services and communicate them clearly to prospective partners
Experience using a CRM or similar system to manage prospects and activities
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, mental health, telehealth, or another healthcare services environment
Experience developing physician, therapist, clinic, hospital, or healthcare referral relationships
Experience conducting market or territory research
Experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
Familiarity with different channel prospective and other B2B prospecting tools
Experience working toward activity, meeting, pipeline, referral, or revenue targets
The Right Person for This Role

Like finding opportunities that other people haven’t identified yet
Can turn a broad market into a focused list of target accounts
Is comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation
Doesn’t get discouraged by unanswered calls or emails
Can research an organization before reaching out rather than relying on generic messaging
Knows the difference between activity and productive activity
Follow up without being asked
Can manage your own priorities and workload
