Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor to supervise construction activities, manage workers, and ensure work is completed according to drawings, plans, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
Allocate and manage workers according to project requirements.
Read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans.
Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings.
Estimate and calculate required construction materials.
Monitor workforce productivity and maintain discipline at the site.
Coordinate with workers and management to ensure smooth workflow.
Travel between multiple project sites when required.
Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Executive Manager.
Complete assigned work within project timelines.

Salary: 350 OMR / 87000 INR Per Month

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction.
Gulf Experience: Mandatory.
Qualification: Relevant construction/site supervision experience.
Language: Basic Arabic and English.
Gender: Male.
Nationality: Indian.
Age: Not specified.
