Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
  
• Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related matters.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  
• Assist in employee engagement and smooth execution of HR processes.
  

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
  
• Prior experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
  
• Candidates should be from Karnataka only.
