A group of Skilled Nursing Facilities are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide dedicated wound care in Medford, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing and well-established Healthcare Management Group.

Requirements:

Nursing home experience strongly preferred
Active Nurse Practitioner license in NJ
DEA license
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care
Provide full-scope wound care to residents

Compensation & Benefits:

Full benefits package
Highly competitive salary: $125,000–$135,000 annually
