Client Outreach Consultant (Leadership Education)

V2F Life Design is seeking a Client Outreach Consultant to connect with prospective clients interested in personal development and leadership education. You will combine digital outreach with thoughtful conversations, clear program information, and consistent follow-up.

This remote role suits a professional who enjoys meeting people, understands the value of continued learning, and is ready to take responsibility for building an independent client base. Structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing training support your work.

What you will do

• Use established resources to create digital marketing content and attract inquiries.
• Generate leads and manage your outreach activity.
• Conduct introductory phone or video conversations to understand prospective clients’ goals.
• Introduce relevant education programs and coordinate access to presentations.
• Follow up, answer questions accurately, and support informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain contact records and coordinate enrollment steps.
• Participate in training and review your activity to improve consistency.

Role and compensation

This is an independent contractor role with commission-only compensation. Earnings depend on completed individual results.

Requirements

• Four to five years of relevant professional experience in client service, coaching, marketing, education, consulting, or a related field.
• Confidence initiating and managing professional phone and video conversations.
• Ability to listen carefully, ask relevant questions, and explain information clearly.
• Learn digital outreach methods.
• Consistent follow-up habits and accurate record keeping.
• Ability to plan daily activities and work independently.
• Interest in mindset education, personal development and leadership education.
• Openness to training, mentorship, and constructive feedback.
• A computer, reliable internet connection, and a suitable remote workspace.
• Availability for at least two focused hours per day for business activity and training.
• Understanding and acceptance of an independent contractor arrangement with commission-only compensation.

Previous experience with these education programs is not required. Product and process training are provided.
