Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Architecture (BIM) with strong expertise in BIM implementation, architectural projects, team management, and project delivery. The candidate will manage BIM deliverables, quality, schedules, coordination, and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related project activities and issues.
  
• Manage overall project execution, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  
• Ensure BIM deliverables, quality, and timelines as per the BIM Execution Plan.
  
• Develop, update, and implement BIM processes, standards, and protocols.
  
• Manage and audit architectural models to maintain model integrity.
  
• Coordinate with project partners for RFIs, design changes, and model updates.
  
• Produce and monitor clash detection and design issue reports.
  
• Coordinate data extraction requirements with design and construction teams.
  
• Manage project risks, issues, resources, and documentation.
  
• Lead, train, mentor, and develop BIM team members.
  

Requirements

• B.Arch / B.Tech / M.Arch / M.Tech in Architecture/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  
• 8–15 years of experience, with minimum 8 years mandatory.
  
• Global/International project experience required.
  
• Strong BIM implementation, processes, and standards experience.
  
• Expert knowledge of Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage.
  
• Good knowledge of SketchUp and Revit MEP.
  
• Strong experience in Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Healthcare, or similar architectural projects.
  
• Excellent project planning, resource management, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans, QA/QC, clash coordination, and model management.
