Apex Sales Athletes is seeking a driven and results-oriented Insurance Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this full-cycle role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their entire insurance journey, from initial engagement to securing their policies. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales individual to leverage their skills in a commission-only environment with significant earning potential.

Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Agent, you will own the client relationship from the first point of contact through to the final sale. You'll be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and closing deals. This role demands a proactive approach to building rapport and trust virtually, managing your pipeline effectively, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and video consultations to prospective clients.
• Engage potential clients by phone and video, building immediate rapport and understanding their insurance needs.
• Effectively communicate complex insurance product information clearly and concisely across multiple channels (phone, video, email).
• Manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring all opportunities are pursued.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Utilize CRM tools to track prospect interactions, manage follow-ups, and forecast sales.
• Stay up-to-date on insurance products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Compensation

This commission-only position offers substantial earning potential, with successful agents typically earning between $75,000 and $350,000 annually. Your income will directly reflect your performance and ability to close deals.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Life and Health Insurance license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have a mobile device with cellular data.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients over phone and video calls.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
