Communications Manager

Kinetic has partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company who are hiring a communications manager to be based in Dubai.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and manage an integrated content and editorial calendar across platforms, while producing and editing high-quality written and visual content (posts, newsletters, press releases, graphics, and short-form videos).
• Plan and execute product launches and digital campaigns, ensuring timely coordination of promotional activities, events, stakeholder engagement, and cross-channel activation.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and budget usage, translating insights into actionable recommendations for optimization and improved ROI.
• Manage audience engagement and reputation through active social media monitoring, customer communications, PR handling, and crisis/reputation management.
• Lead external partnerships and internal collaboration by coordinating agencies, influencers, vendors, and cross-functional teams while managing contracts and compliance requirements.
• Manage and liaise with agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver compliant digital coverage and availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field required; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in communications and marketing in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or highly regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, and project management software.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
