What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 5 years' experience in project management (ServiceNow/SaaS/CRM)
✅ Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration principles
✅ Proven leadership and team coordination skills
✅ Excellent problem-solving abilities
✅ Effective verbal and written communication skills
✅ Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
