Operate and monitor STP equipment and processes to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous wastewater treatment
Conduct routine inspections, readings, and sampling; record operational data and report abnormalities
Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team
Handle chemicals safely, maintain housekeeping, and comply with HSE and environmental regulations
Maintain accurate logs, checklists, and shift handover records

Requirements

Diploma/certificate in wastewater treatment, mechanical, electrical, or a related field
2–3 years relevant experience in STP or wastewater treatment operations
Knowledge of STP processes, pumps, blowers, chemical dosing, and basic maintenance
Awareness of HSE, environmental compliance, and safe chemical handling
Ability to work shifts and complete records accurately
