Build a Sophisticated Financial Planning Practice with a Defined Path to Leadership

The North Dallas General Office is seeking select mid-to-senior-level professionals for our Financial Advisor Development Program.

This opportunity is specifically designed for:

  • Corporate leaders

This is not a traditional entry-level sales role.

As a Financial Advisor, you will partner with clients to develop personalized financial strategies focused on wealth accumulation, retirement readiness, asset protection, and long-term financial confidence. Over time, high-performing advisors may pursue additional leadership and practice-development opportunities based on demonstrated success.

What You'll Do

Financial Planning & Client Advisory

  • Build a sophisticated financial planning practice focused on individuals, families, executives, and business owners

  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and needs analyses

  • Provide consultative strategies

  • Develop long-term client relationships through a personalized, needs-based planning approach

  • Leverage New York Life's Advanced Planning Group for complex and high-net-worth client cases

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted financial resource for clients throughout various stages of life

  • Guide clients through important financial decisions with professionalism and integrity

  • Develop deep, trust-based relationships with affluent individuals, families, and business owners

  • Deliver customized financial strategies backed by industry-leading resources and support

Culture & Leadership Engagement

  • Contribute to the collaborative, high-performance culture of the company

  • Participate in leadership development, mentorship, and community initiatives

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Professional Background

Preferred backgrounds include:

Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience preferred.

Education & Professional Caliber

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent professional achievement, leadership experience, military service, or business success will also be strongly considered.
