We are looking for a Service Coordinator to coordinate customer service requirements and work closely with customers and technical teams. The role involves handling service requests, coordinating schedules, tracking pending activities, and ensuring timely closure of service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between customers and technical/service teams
Handle service requests, schedules, and customer follow-ups
Track pending service activities and ensure timely closure
Communicate service updates and schedules to customers
Maintain service records, trackers, reports, and documentation
Follow up with customers and internal teams on open requirements
Escalate customer issues and service delays to the concerned team
Ensure professional and timely customer service

Requirements

Any Graduate or Diploma
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
