Position to work hybrid in Lima, Peru.

As Campaign Manager for Pago Wallet, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Pago  Wallet marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are implemented effectively, on time, and with a  clear focus on the main business objectives and KPIs.  This role will be part of the Campaigns LATAM team and will work closely with CRM, Paid Media,  Product, Creative, CoE, and other teams involved in campaign implementation.

We are looking for someone with a strong focus on acquisition, performance, and marketing  campaigns, ideally with knowledge of the Gambling/Gaming segment. We are also looking for  someone with a great attitude, initiative, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work  effectively with both local and global teams.

Key Measures of Success  

• Ensure the successful implementation of the Pago Wallet campaign plan, meeting agreed  timelines, deliverables, and objectives.
• Contribute to the growth of key Wallet KPIs, including Sign-ups, First Transaction, Active  Users, Wallet Adoption, and ARPU.
• Ensure effective coordination across the different teams involved in campaign delivery.   • Identify optimization opportunities based on campaign results, learnings, and customer  behavior.

Responsibilities  

• Campaign Planning & Execution: Manage the implementation of Pago Wallet campaigns,  ensuring proper planning and follow-up of timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and  requirements.
• Acquisition & Performance Marketing: Support and follow up on Pago Wallet acquisition  and performance initiatives, working closely with Paid Media to ensure campaigns are  focused on key business KPIs, not only media metrics.
• CRM & Lifecycle: Work with CRM on the implementation of acquisition, engagement,  retention, and winback journeys and campaigns, including audiences, segmentation,  materials, and launch timelines.
• • Product & Marketing Readiness: Work closely with Product to follow up on Pago Wallet  developments and implementations that impact Marketing, ensuring the necessary  readiness for campaigns and launches.

Experience

• 3–5+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, Digital

Marketing, Customer Acquisition, or integrated campaign execution.

• Experience working on acquisition and performance campaigns, with a good understanding

of conversion funnels and business KPIs.

• Experience working cross-functionally with Paid Media, CRM, Creative, and Product teams.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives in parallel, ensuring follow-up and

delivery against timelines.

• Experience or knowledge of Fintech, Payments, Gambling, iGaming, or Gaming is highly

desirable.

• Ideally, a good understanding of customer behavior within the Gambling/Gaming segment

and the acquisition and engagement dynamics of these audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or

related field.

• Additional studies or training in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, Analytics,

or Project Management would be an advantage.
