Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead overall mall operations, financial performance, tenant management, statutory compliance, and revenue growth at Triveni Mall, Serampore.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mall P&L, CAM accounts, utility recovery, parking revenue, billing, and collections.
  

• Handle tenant relationships, lease agreements, renewals, fit-outs, and grievance resolution.
  

• Oversee facility operations, preventive maintenance, energy management, and outsourced agencies.
  

• Ensure statutory compliance, fire safety, lift operations, and other applicable regulations.
  

• Drive footfall, mall events, marketing ROI, and tenant trading performance.
  

• Prepare monthly MIS reports, budgets, KPIs, and action plans for management.
  

• Lead and develop the mall operations team while ensuring service quality and operational efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline is mandatory; MBA/PGDM in Operations, Retail, or Real Estate preferred.
  

• 12–18 years of experience in mall management or retail asset management.
  

• Minimum 4–5 years as General Manager, Centre Director, or Deputy General Manager in a mall of 2 lakh sq. ft. or larger.
  

• Strong experience in P&L management, tenant billing, CAM accounting, lease structures (MG/revenue share), and CESC billing.
  

• Working knowledge of statutory compliance for public buildings in West Bengal.
  

• Strong leadership, financial management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Experience with JLL, CBRE, Colliers, Knight Frank, Forum, South City, or Phoenix preferred.
  

• Knowledge of the Kolkata retail market; Bengali and Hindi proficiency preferred.
