Position Overview

We are seeking a Language Enabled OSINT Collector – WMD Focused to support mission-critical Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection and reporting activities.

The successful candidate will conduct intermediate-level OSINT collection using MAS and other specialized OSINT tools, research foreign-language sources, identify relevant information and patterns, and support intelligence requirements related to the proliferation and development of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD).

This position will focus specifically on CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and high-yield Explosives)-related activities. The individual will develop collection plans, conduct targeted foreign-language research, prepare Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and provide language-based insights and subject matter expertise to support intelligence missions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct intermediate-level OSINT collection using MAS and other OSINT collection tools.

Research and analyze foreign-language sources to identify relevant information, trends, patterns, and developments.

Conduct targeted OSINT collection focused on WMD and CBRNE-related activities.

Research WMD proliferation, development, acquisition, production, capabilities, technologies, and associated networks.

Develop and execute specialized OSINT collection plans based on established intelligence requirements.

Draft, produce, and review Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) and other intelligence reporting products.

Support OSINT analytical production through targeted research, collection, analysis, and reporting.

Provide foreign-language expertise to interpret and contextualize information relevant to WMD and CBRNE intelligence requirements.

Contribute to OSIR quality-control reviews by providing language expertise and subject matter context.

Apply appropriate intelligence research and reporting methodologies in accordance with Defense Intelligence standards and procedures.

Collaborate with intelligence analysts, collectors, linguists, and other mission personnel.

Identify and communicate information relevant to intelligence requirements in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.

Maintain compliance with applicable security, intelligence, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Candidates with TS/SCI and an active or recent polygraph are highly relevant.

Ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph if required.

Minimum 8 years of experience conducting OSINT collection, research, analysis, and reporting.

Intelligence Community (IC) experience is required.

A portion of the required experience must have been obtained within the last two years.

Bachelor's degree in an area related to the applicable labor category from an accredited college or university.

Demonstrated experience or knowledge involving WMD, CBRNE, proliferation, or related intelligence topics.

Demonstrated experience with WMD proliferation intelligence analysis.

Experience drafting and producing OSIRs or comparable intelligence reporting products.

Experience developing and executing OSINT collection plans.

Experience conducting OSINT collection from foreign-language sources.

Experience using MAS or comparable OSINT collection and research tools.

Foreign-language capability in one or more required languages, such as Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, or another customer-required language.

Ability to obtain and maintain required ILR or DLPT language certification within the required timeframe.

Ability to meet applicable language proficiency requirements, typically 2/2/1 for mid-level positions and 3/3/2 for senior-level positions, as measured by ILR/DLPT standards.

English proficiency of at least ILR Level 3+ in reading and listening and Level 3 or higher in writing.

Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a highly sensitive, mission-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

OSINT/Open Source Intelligence certification from a recognized government or commercial training program.

Direct experience supporting WMD or CBRNE-focused intelligence missions.

Experience analyzing foreign-language information related to WMD proliferation.

Knowledge of WMD proliferation networks, technologies, programs, and associated activities.

Familiarity with Defense Intelligence reporting requirements, standards, and procedures.

Experience supporting DoD or other Intelligence Community customers.

Experience with additional specialized OSINT collection, research, and analytical platforms.

Language Requirements

Candidates must have demonstrated foreign-language capability relevant to the mission. Required languages may include:

Chinese

Russian

Arabic

Spanish

Other customer-designated languages

Candidates must be capable of meeting applicable ILR/DLPT proficiency standards and maintaining the required certification.

Work Environment
