Intensivist / Critical Care Specialist

Department: Intensive Care Unit
Reports To: ICU Medical Director

Job Summary:
The Intensivist / Critical Care Specialist will provide comprehensive medical management for critically ill patients requiring advanced life support, intensive monitoring, and multidisciplinary care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage critically ill patients.
  
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
  
• Perform ICU procedures within scope of practice.
  
• Manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation and advanced life support.
  
• Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care.
  
• Lead emergency resuscitation efforts.
  
• Participate in ICU quality improvement initiatives.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Medical Degree.
  
• Specialist Degree in Intensive Care Medicine/Critical Care.
  

Experience Required:

• 3–5 years of intensive care experience.
