Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist

A growing, multi-location hearing healthcare practice is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join its clinic in Columbia, South Carolina. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who enjoys building lasting patient relationships and delivering individualized hearing care in a supportive clinical environment.

Scope of Practice

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations for adult patients
  
• Recommend hearing solutions based on each patient's hearing needs and lifestyle
  
• Fit, program, verify, and adjust hearing aids using best practices
  
• Provide hearing aid follow-up care and ongoing patient support
  

Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master's degree in Audiology or current Hearing Instrument Specialist license
  
• Eligible for or able to obtain South Carolina licensure as an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist
  
• Experience fitting and programming hearing aids
