ABOUT THE CLIENT:

Our client is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to build and operate a repeatable B2B demand-generation system. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role responsible for turning the company’s expertise into targeted content, personalised outreach, nurture campaigns, and qualified sales opportunities.

The role combines strategy with execution across:

• B2B growth and demand-generation strategy
  
• Targeted prospect research and personalised outreach
  
• LinkedIn, website, email, and long-form content
  
• Founder-led and expert-led video production
  
• Email marketing and lead nurturing
  
• Website publishing, landing-page optimisation, and on-page SEO
  
• CRM, marketing automation, reporting, and process development
  
• Partnerships, guest content, PR, and selective paid campaigns
  

Success will primarily be measured through qualified responses, sales conversations, opportunities, and pipeline contribution—not simply content volume or engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or a related field
  
• Experience in a senior, hands-on marketing position
  
• Proven success building or improving a lead-generation, campaign, or content system
  
• Experience marketing to senior decision-makers and executive buyers
  
• Strong understanding of the complete funnel: content, outreach, lead capture, nurturing, conversion, and measurement
  
• Excellent written and spoken English
  
• Strong content writing, editing, and editorial judgement
  
• Ability to simplify technical or executive-level concepts into engaging content
  
• Experience creating LinkedIn, website, email, and long-form content
  
• Video-editing experience using Descript, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar
  
• Competence with Canva, Figma, or other lightweight design tools
  
• Experience with CRM, email marketing, analytics, CMS, and campaign-management tools
  
• Working knowledge of on-page SEO and digital publishing
  
• Strong organisation and project-management skills
  
• Comfortable working directly with founders, executives, and subject-matter experts
  
• Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take work through to completion
  
• Commercial, proactive, analytical, and process-improvement focused

• Professional services, consulting, technology, or B2B SaaS marketing
  
• Marketing to mid-market companies
  
• AI consulting, AI software, or enterprise technology
  
• Founder-led or expert-led content programs
  
• Account-based marketing or highly targeted outbound campaigns
  
• Setting up an early-stage CRM, newsletter, or marketing technology stack
  
• Managing freelancers, agencies, or specialist suppliers
  
• Using AI tools for research, writing, content production, automation, and campaign management
