Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years in industrial manufacturing, including at least 2 years leading engineering teams.

Core Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in PLC/SCADA programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Omron) alongside experience setting up industrial robotics and automated vision inspection systems.

Project Delivery: Demonstrated track record of leading end-to-end automation projects from vendor selection and concept design through to commissioning and shop-floor optimization.

Smart Manufacturing: Practical background integrating Industry 4.0 principles, IoT data collection, and Lean/OEE improvements to boost production efficiency.
