In this role, you will lead high-touch care management and ongoing wellness initiatives for a diverse local patient population, serving as a trusted primary care partner in the community.
-
Deliver high-quality, continuous primary care and preventative medicine to adult and family medicine patients.
-
Conduct comprehensive wellness exams, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and order appropriate diagnostic testing.
-
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to build strong relationships, ensure culturally competent care, and improve health outcomes for Spanish-speaking patients.
-
Collaborate closely with clinical staff, care managers, and administrative support teams to maintain streamlined practice workflows.
-
Utilize patient data and clinical insights to deliver proactive, individualized care management plans.
-
Education & Certification: Active Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (AANP or ANCC).
-
Licensure: Active, unencumbered Florida APRN License (or willing/eligible to obtain).
-
Language: Fluent/Bilingual in English and Spanish (required for patient-facing communication).
-
Experience: Experience in outpatient primary care, family practice, or internal medicine is preferred; enthusiastic new graduates are welcome to apply.
-
Prescriptive Authority: Active DEA registration or eligibility.
-
Competitive Base Salary with performance-based bonus potential (commensurate with experience).
-
Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
-
Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks of standard PTO (negotiable) + paid holidays.
-
CME Support: Annual Continuing Medical Education allowance + dedicated CME paid time off.
-
Malpractice Insurance: 100% employer-covered.
-
Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified candidates relocating to the Davenport area.
-
Work-Life Balance: Predictable, full-time weekday schedule with no weekend hours.
Why Choose This Opportunity?
-
Administrative Freedom: Rely on dedicated clinical operations, care management, and billing teams so you can focus entirely on patient engagement and clinical outcomes.
-
Community Impact: Deliver neighborhood-focused primary care in a growing central Florida community.
-
Collaborative Culture: Join a supportive network of providers dedicated to sharing knowledge, leveraging innovation, and elevating standards of care.
