Dream Nannies is seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeper/Household Manager for a wonderful private family near Sarasota, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced private household professional who has an incredible eye for detail, enjoys keeping a home beautifully organized, and loves being the person who helps everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

The family is looking for someone with previous experience working in private homes who is proactive, dependable, organized, and able to anticipate what needs to be done without requiring constant direction. Attention to detail is the most important quality for this family. They would love someone who takes genuine pride in their work and notices the little things that make a home feel polished, welcoming, and well cared for.

Responsibilities will include maintaining and organizing the home, household laundry and linens, light housekeeping and general upkeep, grocery shopping, running errands, meal preparation and cooking, keeping household items stocked, and assisting with various shopping needs, including gifts and seasonal purchases. The family entertains approximately once per month, so this person will also help prepare the home for guests and events and ensure everything is beautifully presented and ready.

The ideal candidate will be flexible and happy to jump in wherever needed. There may be opportunities for additional paid hours during occasional evenings or weekends when the family is hosting an event or needs extra household support. The family is looking for someone who is professional, trustworthy, easy to work with, and interested in becoming a valued, long-term part of their household.

The regular schedule is Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional additional evening and weekend hours as needed. Pay is $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience.
