  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent qualification in a related health science field.
  • Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent professional certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in critical care, ICU, or emergency department settings.
  • Proficiency in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), basic life support (BLS), and critical care nursing protocols.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinical documentation standards.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in critical care practices.
