We are looking for a Field Associate to join our Operations team and support the implementation and monitoring of pollination programs at client farms.

The role involves regular fieldwork and data collection, including monitoring crop development and pollination, assisting with basic beekeeping tasks, and supporting operational and research activities. You will work closely with the Operations team to ensure that field activities are carried out according to established protocols and that the information collected is accurate and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor crop phenology and development throughout the pollination period.

  • Monitor crop pollination and bee activity in accordance with established protocols.

  • Conduct field observations and collect accurate, timely data.

  • Support field trials and research activities, including setup, monitoring, and maintenance as needed.

  • Record and report observations, findings, and relevant operational information.

  • Support data collection during harvest and other stages of the crop cycle, as applicable.

  • Coordinate with the Operations team and client personnel as needed.

Work Environment:

This is a field-based role. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, walking through agricultural fields, and performing tasks that may involve standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting heavy items. Travel between farms or work sites may be required depending on the assigned service.

Contract Type: Temporary / Seasonal

The contract duration, location, schedule, and specific responsibilities may vary depending on the crop, client, and operational requirements of each assignment.

Expected start date: Mid-January 2027. Estimated contract duration: 4 weeks.
