Retention Agent – English Speaking - Sofia - Relocation

We are recruiting Retention Agents on behalf of a large, regulated forex company for its office in Sofia. You will manage a portfolio of existing clients, build long-term relationships, and grow client activity and deposits. This is a relocation opportunity for experienced retention professionals, with a focus on applicants based in Serbia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of active trading clients
  
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by phone and email
  
• Encourage additional deposits and continued trading activity
  
• Re-engage inactive clients and reduce churn
  
• Keep clients informed about market updates, products and platform features
  
• Handle client queries and concerns professionally
  
• Meet monthly retention and deposit targets
  
• Keep accurate client records in the CRM
  
• Follow all regulatory and compliance procedures
  

Requirements

• Proven retention experience in the forex or CFD industry
  
• Fluent English, spoken and written
  
• Strong relationship-building and sales skills
  
• Good understanding of financial markets and trading products
  
• Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
  
• Candidates based in Serbia are preferred
