Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Adviser, Customer Service Supervisor or Team Lead in an automotive service centre, tyre business or vehicle workshop.
Demonstrated ability to sell automotive products and services.
Strong customer handling, communication and complaint resolution skills.
Experience in inventory control and service coordination.
Ability to supervise a team and meet sales and service targets.
