Electrical Engineer

Department: Engineering Company: Leading Modular Construction Company Location: Dubai, UAE Reports To: Design & Engineering Director Job Purpose The Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing electrical systems and components for modular construction and engineering projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities Support estimation and budgeting for ongoing and new projects. Prepare and follow up on material submissions and technical approvals. Participate in project design planning and coordination meetings. Ensure electrical designs align with project scope and latest revisions. Provide design clarifications to the operations and site teams. Coordinate electrical design with other disciplines (MEP, structural, architectural). Review and evaluate subcontractor invoices based on work progress. Update and modify as-built electrical drawings. Maintain proper documentation of design changes, submissions, and project records. Ensure compliance with project specifications and engineering standards. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred). Experience in electrical design and project coordination. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar electrical design software. Experience in construction or modular construction projects is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Good coordination and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Language Requirements Fluent in English (written and spoken).
