What You'll Do:

🔎 Monitor customer accounts and track outstanding balances

📑 Process invoices, payments, and resolve discrepancies

📝 Prepare regular reports on credit status and collections

🤝 Communicate with clients regarding overdue payments

⚡ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely collections

🛡️ Maintain accurate records and comply with company policies

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum of 3 years experience as a Credit Controller or related role

✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

✅ Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
