Role Overview

As a Agency Producer, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the process of finding the right insurance solutions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various virtual channels.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Clearly and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of Farmers Insurance policies.
• Manage and nurture your sales pipeline from initial contact through to policy issuance.
• Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and forecast sales.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a base salary plus commission structure, with an expected earning potential between $45,000 and $70,000 annually. We believe in rewarding performance and providing the resources for our agents to succeed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust over phone and video calls.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage a full sales cycle.
