  • Report directly to the Principal
    
  • Providing strategic leadership in curriculum, learning, teaching and professional growth
    
  • Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of the College's teaching and learning priorities, curriculum innovation and sustainable whole-school improvement
    
  • Build leadership capacity, inspire and support staff to continually refine their practice through learning, professional growth and shared accountability
    
  • Demonstrate an understanding of evidence-informed pedagogy
    
• 3 year tenure with teaching load attached

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Masters of Teaching / Bachelor of Education / PGCE)
  
• Additional qualifications, or evidence of current study of Master of Education Leadership or similar
  
• Current VIT registration (or eligibility to gain)
  
• Working Rights for Australia (or eligibility to gain)
