This is a remote position.

A consultant tells you what to do. A fractional executive or specialist actually does it, embedded in your business, part-time, for as long as you need them.

Consulting: strategy, recommendations, then they leave.

Fractional: hands-on execution, accountability, ongoing delivery, just not full-time.

If you need a plan, hire a consultant. If you need the work done, hire fractional.

Requirements

We're looking for South Africa-based professionals with genuine fractional experience, for both local and UK client work. Realistic day rates typically run from R3,500 up to R10,000+ per day, depending on seniority and role.
