Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail XStore Development Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in XStore POS development, customization, integrations, and production support within global retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, customize and enhance Oracle Retail XStore POS solutions.
• Work with XStore Architecture, XStore Office, POSLog, Extension Framework, business components, event listeners and transaction workflows.
• Customize XStore JET UI, screens, forms, dashboards and user experiences.
• Design integrations with ERP, Inventory, Pricing, Loyalty, Customer, Payment and Omnichannel platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions.
• Work on solution design, fit-gap analysis, impact assessment, code reviews and troubleshooting.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployments, upgrades, migrations, store rollouts, hypercare and production stabilization.
• Resolve defects and provide production support.
• Apply strong understanding of retail processes including Sales, Returns, Exchanges, Promotions, Loyalty, Inventory and Store Operations.
