Perform data entry into SQL Accounting Software (or equivalent accounting system)
Organize, sort, and reconcile client bank statements
Understand and correctly classify bank transactions against relevant accounts
Maintain proper filing of accounting source documents (invoices, receipts, payment

vouchers)

Support seniors with basic bookkeeping tasks assigned

Requirements

No minimum education requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Familiar with SQL Accounting Software or similar accounting systems
Able to read and understand bank statements
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under supervision
