ELIGIBILITY

• Freshers or candidates with 6 months–1 year experience in Telecalling / Customer Support
• Good communication skills in Hindi
• Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction
• Target-oriented and confident personality

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to customers
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups
• Maintain and update customer records
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Achieve daily calling targets

SALARY & INCENTIVES

Freshers: ₹14,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives

Experienced: ₹16,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives
