What You'll Do:

• Engage Directly: Connect with potential clients face-to-face in their communities, building immediate rapport and trust.

What You'll Need:

• Experience: Previous insurance sales experience required.
• Licensing: You must hold active Property and Casualty Insurance or Life and Health Insurance licenses.
• Authorization: You must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable Transportation: A personal vehicle is required to travel to client locations.
• Exceptional Communication: The ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively, and to listen actively to understand client needs.
• Rapport Building: A natural talent for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and establishing trust quickly.

Your Earnings Potential:

This role offers a base plus commission compensation structure, with an expected earning potential between $80,000 and $100,000 annually. Your success is directly tied to your performance, offering significant opportunities for growth.
