Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

You’ll plan, create and run our digital marketing: writing the content, designing the visuals and tracking what works. You’ll work closely with our consultants and training team to promote our services and courses and to generate leads.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaigns

• Develop and execute the monthly digital marketing plan across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels

• Plan and run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to promote training courses and consulting services, managing budgets and targeting

• Generate and nurture leads in coordination with the telesales team

• Manage email campaigns and newsletters

• Track performance (reach, engagement, leads, cost per lead) and deliver monthly reports with recommendations

Content

• Write engaging posts, captions, articles and ad copy in Arabic and English

• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with course launches, events and company milestones

• Turn our consultants’ expertise into thought-leadership content (HR tips, career advice, case highlights)

• Write and update website content with basic SEO in mind

Design

• Design social media posts, carousels, ads, course flyers, banners and presentations

• Create short-form videos and reels (editing, motion graphics, captions)

• Maintain consistent brand identity across all materials

• Produce marketing collateral for clients and events (brochures, company profiles, certificates)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with both content and design responsibilities

• Strong copywriting skills in Arabic and English

• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator); Premiere Pro or CapCut for video

• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and running paid ads

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics)

• A portfolio showing both written content and design work (required)

Nice to Have

• Experience marketing B2B services, training or education

• Basic knowledge of SEO and website management (Go Daddy)

• Familiarity with AI content and design tools
