Job Responsibilities

• Clean, set up, and maintain dining tables and service areas.
  

• Welcome guests, escort them to their tables, present menus, and serve water.
  

• Take customer orders, enter them accurately into the system, and recommend menu items.
  

• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  

• Provide excellent customer service and support upselling initiatives.
  

• Refill water glasses and attend to guest requests throughout their visit.
  

• Keep service stations stocked with cutlery, napkins, trays, condiments, and other essentials.
  

• Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests.
  

• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
  

• Wash and clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and glassware as required.
  

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across the restaurant.
  

• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing stock and supplies.
  

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the restaurant/F&B industry.
  

• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  

• Age between 18 and 35 years.
  

• Friendly, polite, courteous, and customer-oriented personality.
  

• Neat and well-groomed appearance.
  

• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
  

• Good communication and organizational skills.
  

• Physically fit and able to work long hours while standing.
  

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  

• Candidates with good product knowledge and upselling skills will be preferred.
