?️ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and improve manufacturing and production processes.
• Increase production efficiency, reduce cycle time, minimize waste and lower rejection rates.
• Work with the NPI team to update Work Instructions (WI) and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support production automation, digitalization and process upgrades.
• Prepare production reports, technical documents and cost analyses.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and provide technical support.
• Train production staff and ensure workplace safety compliance.
• JOB REQUIREMENTS

⚠️ EAB/EAS CERTIFICATION IS COMPULSORY.

✅ QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE — EITHER ONE:

? Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering + minimum 5 years of contract manufacturing experience.

OR

? Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering + minimum 3 years of contract manufacturing experience.

✅ Experience in batch production, mass production, Lean Manufacturing and SPC.

✅ Knowledge of NPI, BOM, WI and manufacturing process improvement.

✅ Ability to troubleshoot production and manufacturing issues.

✅ Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and technical documentation.

✅ Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

⭐ Medical device, clean room or GMP experience is an advantage.
