A fast-growing long-term care organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join its team at a nursing home in Bronx,NY.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full-scope primary care to residents
- Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in NY
- DEA license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Nursing home experience strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Highly competitive salary: $130,000–$150,000 annually
