Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Developer for a long-term, monthly salary position (Remote). We have complete Figma designs for our public website, custom Client Portal, and Mobile Application.
Your mission is to bring these designs to life by programming a secure, synchronized system driven by our Zoho One backend (CRM, Creator, Books). You will be responsible for building both the mobile experience and a robust backend administrative architecture.
Key Responsibilities:

Figma to Zoho Creator HTML Pages: Convert Figma layouts into responsive web dashboards and mobile screens inside Zoho Creator using custom HTML/CSS.
Mobile App & Client Portal Integration: Ensure the system functions flawlessly across both web and native mobile application environments with real-time data sync.
Role-Based Permissions & Security: Program strict user access controls and permissions. The Admin layout, Field Engineer layout, and Customer Portal layout must be completely isolated based on user roles.
Admin Dashboard Control: Build a comprehensive Administrative Dashboard for management to monitor projects, track field engineer inputs, and oversee financial performance.
Advanced Deluge & APIs: Code multi-stage Email OTP validation loops, automated invoice generation inside Zoho Books, and dynamic 50% commission splits into dedicated clearing ledgers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Deep technical expertise in Zoho One, Zoho Creator Mobile deployments, CRM, and Books.
Mastery of Deluge Scripting, Zoho REST APIs, and webhook architecture.
Advanced front-end capabilities (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to match Figma aesthetics perfectly.
Proven track record of configuring complex permission matrices and dynamic filters (zoho.loginuser & user roles).
Portfolio Requirement: You must show past work involving custom administrative dashboards and role-restricted client portals built on Zoho.

Job Terms:

Employment Type: Remote / Full-Time Monthly Contract.
Compensation: Fixed Monthly Salary (Aligned with our remote team budget; no per-task or freelance rates).
