Production / Structural Welder

We are seeking an experienced Production/Structural Welder with strong GMAW (MIG) welding experience. The successful candidate will perform high-volume, multi-pass welding of structural components while maintaining quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform GMAW (MIG) and multi-pass welding.
  
• Perform high-production welding on structural components, including tubes, beams, angles, and plates.
  
• Tack components using fixtures and jigs.
  
• Complete repetitive, high-volume production runs of 500+ parts.
  
• Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot welding machines, gas, wire, cables, and settings.
  
• Read and follow drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  
• Use basic measuring tools accurately.
  
• Perform welding in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
  
• Clean and degrease weld joints and workpieces as required.
  
• Maintain consistent weld quality while meeting production targets.
  
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of high-production welding experience.
  
• Minimum 10 years of structural welding experience.
  
• Valid CWB ticket for GMAW or FCAW.
  
• Strong experience with MIG/GMAW welding and multi-pass welding.
  
• Ability to read drawings and use basic measuring tools.
  
• Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and productivity.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
