What You'll Do

You'll help individuals, families, and businesses find coverage that fits, and you'll stick with them for the long haul. A typical week includes:

• Meeting with clients to understand their needs and recommending tailored coverage solutions
• Shopping multiple carriers to find the right fit, not just the first quote
• Growing your book through referrals, networking, and consistent follow-up
• Handling applications, renewals, and account updates cleanly and accurately
• Walking clients through the process so they understand exactly what they're buying — and why
• Staying sharp on carrier products, market shifts, and industry trends

What We're Looking For

• An active Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license (required)
• 1+ year of sales experience (required) — insurance sales a plus
• Strong communicator who genuinely likes people and builds trust easily
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to run your own pipeline
• Comfortable with CRM and digital communication tools
• A consultative instinct — you'd rather find the right answer than force a fast sale
